Evolux telescopes serve as exceptional wide-field instruments, perfect for exploring and imaging extensive sections of the night sky. The doublet objective lens utilizes premium optical components to control aberrations, ensuring sharp stellar shapes and maximum detail contrast.

Every Evolux OTA arrives secure in a foam-lined aluminum carrying case and features a robust 2.4” dual-speed rack and pinion focuser for precise focusing adjustments. It includes an integrated tube ring bracket complete with a Vixen-style dovetail plate. A built-in retractable dew shield protects the optics from ambient moisture while enabling compact storage during transport.

For photographic applications, an optional dedicated field flattener is highly beneficial. The flattener corrects the subtle field curvature inherent to primary refractive optics, which typically reduces star definition near the outer perimeter of the imaging sensor. By inserting the field flattener between the telescope focuser and camera, astrophotographers can enjoy tack-sharp star rendering right out to the edges of the exposure frame. Additionally, a dedicated focal reducer changes the telescope's effective focal ratio, shortening exposure times and expanding the total field of view to easily encompass massive deep-sky targets.

The Star Adventurer GTi mount establishes new parameters for lightweight, portable tracking platforms. It comes equipped with an integrated illuminated polar scope for precise polar alignment and features a comprehensive electronics suite including a USB interface, autoguider port, and an optional hand controller port. A built-in DSLR camera shutter control socket is fully programmable using the free SynScan Pro app for iOS and Android. For tracking near the equator, the counterweight shaft can be repositioned into a secondary threaded socket. Using its built-in WiFi connectivity, the mount can be easily paired with your smartphone or tablet.

With an impressive 5kg load capacity, the Star Adventurer GTi easily carries substantial DSLR or mirrorless setups paired with telephoto lenses, as well as compact refractor telescopes paired with dedicated astronomy cameras. It accepts all optical tubes utilizing standard Vixen-style mounting rails and links to photographic tripods via a standard 3/8” mounting thread. Power is supplied via an internal battery compartment or an external 12V DC power source.
