The DO-4724 dual-arm LED illuminator is designed for reflected-light applications, including use with stereo microscopes. Its two flexible gooseneck arms, each fitted with a powerful LED, allow precise adjustment of the light angle and illumination of hard-to-reach areas, such as narrow gaps and holes. The illuminator does not cause the specimen to heat up at the observation point. It is also particularly useful when capturing images with microscope cameras, which operate more efficiently with higher levels of illumination.

Product description

This illuminator is designed to light objects from above using reflected light and is suitable, for example, for use with stereo microscopes. Its flexible arms allow the light to be directed at the required angle, making it convenient for observing narrow gaps, holes and other hard-to-reach areas.

Preventing the specimen from heating up at the observation point is particularly important when working with sensitive samples. The illuminator is also useful for image capture with microscope cameras, which require more light to operate more efficiently.

Each of the two 420 mm flexible arms is equipped with a powerful LED. The brightness is adjustable, allowing the illumination intensity to be adapted to the observation conditions.
